Baby Cafés provide essential community-based lactation support, each tailored to meet the unique needs of local families. This webinar explores how Baby Cafés impact communities and features stories from Baby Café facilitators.

Attendees will learn about the programme’s flexibility, effectiveness, role in improving breastfeeding outcomes and IBCLC training, as well as steps to establish a Baby Café in their own community.


By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe the Baby Café model and its role in supporting breastfeeding families.
  2. Examine how different Baby Cafés tailor themselves to community needs.
  3. Identify key strategies for inclusivity, funding, and sustainability.
  4. Apply lessons from the panel to strengthen breastfeeding programmes funding and sustainability.
